I used the services of a tour operator several times: kayaking trips, a tour to Dagestan, celebrating the New Year at a camp site in the Oryol region. The organization and content of the tours have always been excellent. The managers were in touch and answered all questions. I have good memories from my weekend trip to Dagestan!
